The heaven of the earth – Panch Pokhari lies in Langtang National Park in the central Himalayan region of Nepal. It is extended into three districts:- Nuwakot, Rasuwa, and Sindhupalchowk at an elevation of about 4100m above sea level. Panch Pokhari is a religious place and famous among Hindu pilgrims. Also, a stamp with a feature of Panch Pokhari was issued by the Postal service department of Government Nepal in 2011.

Panch Pokhari trek begins after reaching Chautara (1450m) – the district headquarter of Sindupalchowk from Kathmandu. The next day your trek begins towards Kami Kharka (2810m) which includes uphill and downhill for a few hours. The trail is fascinating with dense wood of Rhododendrons and pine forest. The chirping of birds and views of various diversified plants and animals is more interesting as well as Danphe- the national bird of Nepal is another major attraction of this trial.
The trial from Kami Kharka to Pauwa Bas (3000m) is the trails of rhododendron wood within the forest of Juniper oak and pine forest for 4-5 hours. The houses of nomads for migrating cattle herders is amazing.
Pauwa Bas to Hile Bhangyang (3400m) comprises 5-6 hours of hiking in uphill and downhill with views of great white mountains. Night stay in local lodge support to get complete rest with good hospitality.

Narsim Pati to Panch Pokhari (4100m)

After a rest day, your trial heads towards Melamchi(800m) which takes around 5 to 6 hours. The Melamchi hydroelectric project, Melamchi Pul Bazaar, river Melamchi, densely populated lodge, and market are outstanding to explore.
Finally, you will reach Kathmandu via bus from Melamchi observing scenic beauty until 5-6 hours.
