Panch Pokhari trek begins after reaching Chautara (1450m) – the district headquarter of Sindupalchowk from Kathmandu. Crossing small streams, the view of terraced farmlands gives additional joy. After reaching Okhereni, you will rest and have a night's stay at the campfire.

The next day your trek begins towards Kami Kharka (2810m) which includes uphill and downhill for a few hours. The trail is fascinating with dense wood of Rhododendrons and pine forest. The chirping of birds and views of various diversified plants and animals is more interesting as well as  Danphe- the national bird of Nepal is another major attraction of this trial.

The trial from Kami Kharka to Pauwa Bas (3000m) is the trails of rhododendron wood within the forest of Juniper oak and pine forest for 4-5 hours. The houses of nomads for migrating cattle herders is amazing.

Pauwa Bas to Hile Bhangyang (3400m) comprises 5-6 hours of hiking in uphill and downhill with views of great white mountains. Night stay in local lodge support to get complete rest with good hospitality.

Hile Bhanjyang to Narsim Pati (3700m) includes an easy walk with a view of green slopes and rocky hills, a rhododendron forest, and a night stay in holy-inn made for pilgrimage tour.

Narsim Pati to Panch Pokhari (4100m)

The trip to Dhap (1200m) from Tupi danda is downhills which include the view of beautiful terraces of hillsides, gorge, and settlements of the Tamang people. You will get the opportunity to explore the culture, tradition, and architectural prosperity of the locality of Dhap village.

After a rest day, your trial heads towards Melamchi(800m) which takes around 5 to 6 hours. The Melamchi hydroelectric project, Melamchi Pul Bazaar, river Melamchi, densely populated lodge, and market are outstanding to explore.

Finally, you will reach Kathmandu via bus from Melamchi observing scenic beauty until 5-6 hours.
