The Everest base camp trek can be completed in 14 days. This 14-day Everest base camp trek itinerary includes a complete EBC trek package without excluding arrival and departure days.
Trekking begins on your second day. The brief itinerary of the EBC trek for 14 days is shown in Table 1. You will trek to Everest base camp on the 9th day of your trekking and the next day you will hike to Kalapather for a fantastic view of Mount Everest, Pumori, and Nuptse. The entire Karakoram range shines with snowcapped peaks far from the Himalayas. You will have your golden time in Kalapather that always remain in your memory.

12-day Everest base camp trek excludes arrival and departure day. The itinerary of the 12-day EBC trek begins with the Lukla flight and completes with your arrival in Kathmandu from Lukla. Day you will trek to Phakding, Namche, Tengboche, Dingboche, Lobuche, and Gorekshep with 1 day of rest in Dingboche. Trekking continues from the first day to the eighth day until reaching Gorekshe. After reaching Gorekshep you will trek to Everest base camp. After enjoying a couple of hours in base camp and its surroundings, you will return back to Gorekshep. Next morning you will hike to Katlapather and enjoy the view with sunrise. You will return to Pheriche, Namche, Lukla, and Kathmandu from 9th day to 12th day respectively.

5-30 am: Drive to the airport
7: 00 am: Heli flight to Lukla

9: 30am: Heli flight to Syangboche (3950m) for breakfast in Everest view hotel
10: 30am: Heli flight to Lukla for refueling

The Luxury Everest base camp trek is a comfortable trek to base camp. You will get a luxury room for accommodation. Everest base camp trek without Lukla flight is 17 days of trekking that begins either from Salleri or Jiri. The trekking route from Jiri to Everest base camp includes 21 days whereas the trekking route from Salleri to Everest base camp includes 17 days. Both routes connect Lukla and continue the same route to the Everest base camp via Phakding, Namche, Tengboche, Dingboche, Lobuche, and Gorekshep.

Short Everest base camp trek itinerary includes the one-way route from Lukla to Everest base camp and return back by Heli. It is a 7-day trek to Everest base camp. If you want to do the EBC trek but don’t want to return on foot then always choose the Short Everest base camp trek package. You will fulfill your dream of trekking to Everest base camp and return to Lukla in Heli.
